We can offer cremations at alternative crematoriums to suit your wishes however some crematoriums may charge more and effect the total cost. We will of course be on hand to discuss this with you should you want to consider another crematorium. Who do I speak to during arrangements? One of our friendly team based in Broadstairs Head Office will do the majority of the work with yourself and make sure everything is arranged and prepared as requested. You will usually have the same person assigned to your arrangements so everything is kept familiar and simple. Are there any hidden costs and when is payment due? No hidden costs, the fees and prices are all outlined on our website. We try to keep things as simple as possible and will always provide you with an estimate prior to engaging in any work. Payment is due before the cremation takes place, when the account is passed on to the DWP or a solicitor/ bank we will usually deal with them directly and providing we have confirmation we will still carry out the cremation while they process the funds as not to delay the cremation unnecessarily.

Step 2- Necessary paperwork We will email or post you the necessary forms required to be completed along with a final account. Step 3- Cremation is carried out Once you have registered we will book in the direct cremation at the Crematorium and carry out the cremation as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days of you registering. Step 4- Ashes are returned to you As soon as the ashes are ready we will hand deliver the ashes to your door on a pre-booked day and time to suit you, you can collect them from us or we can post them to an address outside of Kent. - Alternatively we can arrange a scattering or interment to suit your wishes.
