Step 1- Bringing your loved one in to our care

Upon the death of a loved one all you need to do is get in contact with us, we will take a few details and arrange to bring your loved one in to our care.

We will speak with hospitals and nursing homes once we have been contacted and handle the arrangement for the necessary paperwork.

Step 2- Necessary paperwork

We will email or post you the necessary forms required to be completed along with a final account.

Step 3- Cremation is carried out 

Once you have registered we will book in the direct cremation at the Crematorium and carry out the cremation as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days of you registering. 

 

Step 4- Ashes are returned to you

As soon as the ashes are ready we will hand deliver the ashes to your door on a pre-booked day and time to suit you, you can collect them from us or we can post them to an address outside of Kent. - Alternatively we can arrange a scattering or interment to suit your wishes.
