We believe that arrange a cremation should be as simple
and stress-free as possible. Here's how our process works.

Get in touch
You can contact us 24/7 if someone passes away at home and you need us.
Or Call us between 9-5 Mon - Fri if they pass away at a hospital.

We Take Care of Everything
We will take details over the phone to allow us to prepare standard paperwork for collection and for cremation.

Collection and Care
We will bring your loved one straight in to our care once the death has been verified.

Personal Requests
If you wish to arrange a song to be played at the crematorium, to attend on the day or plan on having clothes for your loved one we will speak with you to go through all the finer details.

The Cremation
If you wish you will be informed of the date and time of cremation, usually 9:30 a.m. at a local crematorium. We will use a hearse to bring your loved one to the crematorium.

Ashes Returned
Once the cremation has taken place we will call you when your loved one is back in our care and arrange to carry out your instruction regarding their ashes or return them to you ourselves.
